You'll be delighted with your well appointed accomodation in a quiet, picturesque, sunny location with your friendly kiwi hosts, Kerry and John. We offer you a custom designed and built guest wing comprising two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette. You have you own separate entrance, which is wheel-chair accessible from the carpark. You can also enjoy the private guest lounge which opens onto a restful outdoor living area and expansive lawns and garden. Start your day at this modern bed and breakfast with a leisurely delicious cooked or continental breakfast, which is included in the tarrif.
Fresh, clean, comfort....
The two bedrooms both have fresh linen and towels. Choose from either a twin or double room. The double room has it’s own separate entry. Both rooms have access to the kitchenette featuring a fridge, sink, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, plus all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The modern, tiled bathroom is fully self contained and features a toilet, large shower , hand basin, and heated towel rail.
Modern country homestead, designed and purpose built for guests...
John and Kerry have previously owned a bed and breakfast on their farm in South Canterbury. From their wealth of experience they designed their new home, and had it built by their son, who is a local award winning builder. The extensive lawns and garden are a delight to wander, while taking in the tranquil rural setting.

Start your day with a real Kiwi breakfast featuring fresh, free range, organic eggs ; locally procured bacon; homemade muesli with freshly ground coffee or a rich assortment of teas, both traditional and herbal.

Perfectly located, just 5 minutes drive from Rangiora, and the local buses and train station. Kerry and John are happy to provide transfers by prior arrangement.
Kambali is set in a tranquil, sunny location overlooking picturesque farmland with views to the mountains. It’s only a short drive along the main road from Rangiora town centre, with cafés, restaurants, art galleries and parks. There is a golf course a few minutes drive up the road and quaint seaside villages to explore only 10 km away with safe swimming beaches, fishing and surfing. For winter activities, Mount Hutt skifield is just 1 hour’s drive away.
